A Zhangzhou ware dish, decorated with white slip florals on a light blue glaze ground.
D 38.5 cm
A similar dish in the British Museum is illustrated on page 347, Ming Ceramics, London, 2001, by J. Harrison-Hall.
Heavy crazing with discoloration and rim chips/fritting. The dish slightly warped and with typical manufacturing imperfections and irregularities. No restoration. A written number 'C3' on the underside base.
