Two famille verte oversize cups and saucers
Kangxi period, ca. 1700, China
A pair of finely decorated large drinking bowls and saucers in lotus flower relief. The central roundel on the saucers with a rock, flowers and birds. The wide border and the outside of the cups with panels containing fish and florals. All marked with a large underglaze blue 'censer' symbol mark.
Saucers: D 16 cm, Cups: D 11.3 cm, H 5.9 cm
Provenance: Property of a deceased collector.

Rim frits/chips. One saucer and both cups with a hairline. One cup also with a small star crack in the base (does not go through to the inside). No restoration.
