The enamel dial, crowned by a brass ornament, with Roman numerals, signed 'François Désiré Odobez à Morez depuis 1843', with an anchor escapement and a repetition striking mechanism, in which you can opt for striking on a gong, a bell or both, and with a special option to silence the striking mechanism at night or altogether.
