An unidentified embroidered coat

Dark green uniform coat, richly embroidered with leaves. Red cuffs, also embroidered. White lining. Some repairs with yellow thread. Red-white-red sash, ending in bow, decorated with a medal. Buttons with crowned two headed eagle with spreaded wings. 9 buttons on the front, four on top – and at the bottom of the turnbacks. Markings: 'Superieur 22 mm France 22mm'; 'Superieur M France 22', indicating the factories of the family Bagriot, 1854-1930. On the lining 8 stamps, mostly unreadable: 'Gauze Lange', 'Rue de ? Paris' and: '167'. Separate brown button, 3 hooks and eyes.
