Four famille rose cockerel tea bowls and saucers

Yongzheng period (1722–35), China

Each finely decorated with two cockerels, one standing on a rocky base and surrounded by flowering peonies. Not marked.

Saucers D 11,3 cm, Cups D 7 cm, H 3,4 cm

Provenance: from a Dutch noble family.

Generally in very good condition. One cup with foot rim fritting, two cups with foot rim fritting and minor rim fritting/chips, one cup with a rim chip, one saucer with a minor rim frit. One saucer with a minor rim frit and a hairline to the underside and one saucer with a minor firing irregulairty to the rim. Apart from that all pieces in perfect condition and no restoration.
