A famille rose teapot with figures

Yongzheng period (1722–35), China

Decorated on one side with a scene of fisherman hauling in a net and on the other side two fishermen cooking a fish. Not marked. The end of spout with later Dutch silver reinforcement.

H ca 12,5 cm, L ca 13 cm

Lid chipped with a restuck chip, handle reattached (restored), rough uneven area around the top rim, possibly a ground down chip. Probable damage under the silver mount at end of spout. No other damage.
