Song dynasty (960-1279), China

A veryfine Chinese qingbai moulded bowl with a six lobed flared foliate rim. Covered in a delicate pale blueish celadon glaze and standing on an unglazed base. From an old Dutch collection.

D 17.7 cm, H 5.1 cm

Age crazing of the glaze and a few small areas of discoloration. A few small glaze flaws on the back where it looks like small chips were ground down (smoothened). No other damage or restoration.
