A large mantelpiece, ca. 1910

A wooden construction with a framed decorative batik on parchment panel depicting two birds surrounded by foliage. The panel flanked by a frame embellished with three coromandel panel bands of carved foliage motifs in relief and padouk profiles. The interior of the fireplace made of partially pierced copper. Not from a protected monument.
