A colonial Art Nouveau Djati 'teak'-buffet

Inspired by Belgian Art Nouveau, the upper section with in the centre a small glazed door flanked by two doors with palmet shaped woodcarvings. The rectangular lower section with a grey marble top (restored) above two doors flanking two drawers. The doors with carvings and square bone inlay. In Indonesia 'Art Nouveau' is called Semarangang, because the city of Semarang on Java had a lot of cabinetmakers who worked in the Belgian/ French Art Nouveau style. With brass hinges.
