18th century, Netherlands On a baluster stem with a contained air-bubble and seven smaller controlled air-bubbles in the base of the bowl. The bowl is engraved with a crowned oval cartouche containing the image of two shaking hands coming down from the sky. Along the top of the glass the engraved text 'De goede Vrindschap' (the good friendship).
