Rectangular with rounded sides. Richly decorated. the hinged cover with embossed depiction a classical scene with figures. The sides decorated with putti with musical instruments, flowers and acanthus leaf border. on four round button feet. Maker Neresheim, Hanau, Germany, around 1900. Size ca 35x12,5x9 cm.

The baluster stem with detachable seven-light part. With decoration of acanthus leaves and borders of grapevines (the construction has been altered on one, but only visible when detached). Austria-Hungary or Poland (same marks were used), around 1850. Marked 12, below Dutch legal alloy. H ca 69 cm

A round hammered dish with scalloped rim. In the centre an organic decoration. Maker Willem Piet Regenspurg, Enschede, around 1920. Only struck with maker's mark and signature "P. Regenspurg fecit". 925/1000. D ca cm Regenspurg received a Stork scholarship for The Hague Royal Academy of Arts, where he received lessons from Frans Zwollo Sr. In 1920 he returned to his birthplace Enschede. He had his atelier in the Achterstraat for over 40 years. His first assignment was for the Jewish surgeon and gyneacologist, Julius van Dam. This was the start of his relationship with the Jewish society in Enschede. He has made some pieces for the Synagogue. Provenance: -The dish was a gift or meant as a payment to G.H. Haverkate, one of the co-owners of the Textile Factory "De Holland" in the Parkstraat Enschede and by descendance to the present owners.

A plain bulbous model with C-scroll handle. The loose cover with bun finial. The stand composed of four large C-scroll holders on c-scroll feet. The square stepped base holds the bulbous burner with horizontal ivory handle, on four ball feet. Austria, marked twice on the stand with A in square; 1866, Vienna and maker's mark EG. 800/1000. H ca 35 cm.

Apparently unmarked, only with duty hallmark dolphin of 1895-1893. Probably 18th century.

Third prize winner of the 1900 Paris Exposition. This jewellery box is made with different kinds of technique such as niello, openwork, enamelling, casting etc. Each side of the box with an applied plate depicting: a pair of peacocks, a pair of pelicans, a pair of parrots with their young and a chicken with five chicks. The four corners with monkeys holding their knees. The hinged cover roof-shaped with smaller raised part with openwork border. On the back engraved "Feeterse fecit Ao 1900" and his maker's mark on the underside. Also duty hallmark dolphin in triangle 1893-1906. The wooden fitted case with defects. Size ca 12x9x16 cm. Hereby the bronze medal and various memorabilia referring to the exposition.
